- The 377th Contracting Squadron at Kirtland AFB NM intends to award a purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for the purchase of a Halocarbon HaloVac 125 Vacuum Pump Fluid, 7 each, 5-gallon container; 80-pound weight. The only acceptable source is Halocarbon Products Corp. 887 Kinderkamack Road, River edge, NJ 07661. The Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation shall be awarded as a Firm Fixed Priced Order. The contractor must state their intended delivery time for this equipment. This a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial buy prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F29650-02-T-0049 is issued as a Solicitation, Standard Form or SF 1449. This solicitation and the incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This solicitation is 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS in accordance with FAR Part 19. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 324191, size standard is 500 Personnel. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): L/I 0001- 7 each- 5 gallon containers; 80-pound weight - Halocarbon HaloVac 125 Vacuum Pump Fluid. The only acceptable source is Halocarbon Products Corp. 887 Kinderkamack Road, River edge, NJ 07661. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations. This notice of intent is a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Discussions may or may not be held with offeror?s; therefore, each offeror?s initial proposal should be complete and accurate. FOB destination is required by the Government (shipping included in price). FOB point is Kirtland AFB, NM 87117. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and transportation necessary to deliver the required equipment. Please contact Nathaniel J. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government.
