Description

Change the solicitation number to read F36629-02-R0004. Repair Roofs Buildings 120, 312, 405, & 419. Work includes replacement of membrane, insulation, wood blocking, gutters, downspouts, head boxes, scuppers, copings, equipment curbs, flashing, etc., as required to provide a complete waterproof installation. Work also includes abatement of asbestos containing materials associated with the repair of roofs (i.e., flashing). The estimated cost ranges between $250,000 and $500,000. The performance period is 120 calendar days for all work to be completed after receipt of the NTP. All responsible sources will be considered as the solicitation will be issued under full and open competition. The solicitation documents will be available o/a June 8, 2002. A non- refundable fee of $36.00 will be required to obtain the documents. Site visits are scheduled for June 25, 2002 at 10:00 AM and June 27, 2002 at 1:00 PM.
