Description: Towed Friction Mat Sweeper Shall be completely self contained and will operate using "friction sweeping" method making physical contact with debris rather than pneumatic contact in order to achieve maximum debris capture rate. Sweeper shall be not less than 8 feet wide sweeping width. Shall have a towing speed of not less than five mile per hour with a maximum, no less than, twenty-five miles per hour. Unit shall not exceed 80lbs, and shall be collapsible and include carry/transport bag.
