Systems USA Inc., 177A Portsmouth Avenue, Stratham, NH, 03885, for an ICP Silico n Deep Etch System to be used in the fabrication of polymer and semiconductor optical waveguide devices and Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
