Description

NA Construction of recreational improvements to approximately 3600 LF of the West Bank of the White River to include demolition of existing concrete slope, construction of new rock and concrete toe, earth embankment at a 3:1 slope, new sidewalks, overlooks, l andscaping, retaining walls, stone work, exterior lighting, and associated site. work. Also included is the construction of a large concrete underground combined sewer overflow (CSO)retention structure and flushing system with associated pumps, control sy stem, sewers, manholes, etc. This work will require deep excavations, shoring, dewatering and other special construction techniques. The estimated cost range for this project is between $10,000,000 to $25,000,000.00. Solicitation documents will be avail able on or about 20 June 2002 and Bid Opening Date is 23 July 2002 at 2:00 PM EST. This project is available on compact disk and web only. Project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Source View Reader. Both readers are contained in the solicitation package. Minimum system requirements are: 486 based personal computer, Microsof t Windiws, 3.1 or greater, 8 MB application RAM, 4 MB hard disk space, and compact disk drive.
