Description

NA Provide lodging for personnel on official tour of duty at Fort Hunter Liggett CA. Lodging will consist of Visiting Officer Quarters and Visiting Enlisted Quarters. Minimum furnishings/facilities/services shall be in accordance with AR 210-50, Table 4-3. Lodging shall be physically located on Fort Hunter Liggett CA. The proposed contract action is for services the Government intends to negotiate with Fort Hunter Liggett NAF Lodging, Building 238, Fort Hunter Liggett CA 93928 under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotationss. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all quotations received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will no rmally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The NAICS code is 721310 and the size standard is any concern including its affiliates with an average annual sales or receipts for its preceeding thr ee fiscal years not in excess of $5.0. See Notes 1 and 22.
