Description

NA The Contracting Command, Fort Hood, Texas intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Commercial Video Systems Inc. The requirement is for 4 each Roake Data Max Array 10K RPM, 4 bay, single channel, 292GB Hard Drive to include 1 year warranty, 2 ATI- PCI Graphic Cards, 2 Keyspan Adapters, 2 Media 100 PCI Cards, 2 integration of software and media systems into Media 100 systems and the existing machinery and routing systems. This storage systems is to be used with Media 100 nonlinear editing workstation s which includes 28 additional items which are to be integrated with the existing high-end editing system by the vendor. The vendor must provide a system integrator assemble (install), configure, test all items to ensure that the systems are compatible. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase order for the required items. This is sole source procurement under the authority of 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. The estimated de livery date for completion of the contract shall be no later than 30 July 2002. The NAICS Code is 421430, with a size standard of 100 employees. The anticipated issue date of RFQ is 7 June 2002. RFQ response date is NLT 14 June 2002. The anticipated aw ard date is 17 June 2002.
