Description

This solicitation is an 8(a) Small Business Set-aside. THE NAICS code is 234110 with a size standard of $28.5. The contract is between $3,000,000 and $10,000,000 over a period of 3 years with a minimum guarantee of $100,000.00 in the base period only. The intention of this solicitation is to obtain an Indefinite Quantity contract for Paving, Pothole, and Sidewalk repairs at Various Locations at Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia. The contract provides for the award of individual orders for the accomplishment of various projects. Each order will include all labor, wages, management, supervision, mobilization, material, and equipment costs. Issuance of all orders will be on an Indefinite Quantity Basis. All work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements specified upon orders issued and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, permits, codes and directives. Estimated availability of the solicitation will be COB on 14 June 2002. Bids will be due by 1:45pm on 15 July 2002. Please site the solicitation number on the front of the mailing envelope. The bid opening will on 11 July 2002 at 2:00pm, Bldg 2004, 2nd Floor conference room, Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA. Bid bonds in the amount of 20% and Document 00451, Representations and Certifications must be submitted at the time of bid opening. THE SOLICITATION SPECIFICATIONS ARE LIMITED TO THE ELECTRONIC WORLD WIDE WEB ONLY AND WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD FREE OF CHARGE AT http://esol.navfac.navy.mil.
