Description

The synopses for subject Request For Proposal (RFP) that appeared on approximately 25 January and 04 February 2002 is hereby amended as follows. All other information in the previous synopses remains unchanged. 1. The estimated cost range for this solicitation is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. 2. The anticipated contract duration is 548 calendar days. 3. The solicitation will be provided for down load free of charge via the Internet World WideWeb at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil/ on or about 28 February 2002. 4. Estimated closing for Proposals is 14:00 local time, 02 April 2002. 5. If offeror is a Large Business Concern, a completed subcontracting plan for this contract shall be submitted with their proposal. In accordance with FAR 52.219-9 SMALL BUSINESS SUBCONTRACTING PLAN (JAN 2002) ALTERNATE II (OCT 2001) and DFARS 252.219-7003 SMALL, SMALL DISADVANTAGED AND WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SUBCONTRACTING PLAN (DOD CONTRACTS) (APR 1996) failure to do so may result in loss of award. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-FEB-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 30-MAY-2002.
