- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DAHA06-02-R-0006 and is issued as a request for proposal. The NAICS Code is 334519 with size standard 500 employees. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-04. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The Army National Guard requires two each non-destructive testing kits consisting of one portabl e ultrasonic test set, one portable eddy current test set and one portable bond test set. The kits must be in a hard shell carry case. Each kit must have 2 high-contrast back-lit LCD displays and 1 EL display, battery chargers and operation manuals. The Government considers Stavely Instruments Triple Kit Part Number 9744735 to meet the minimum requirements. Descriptive literature and technical specifications are required with submitted quote. Offerors are required to submit a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with this solicitation. This may include, but is not limited to, product literature, pictures and schematic, and terms of expressed warranties. Delivery is FOB Destination to CT-AVCRAD, 139 Tower Avenue, Groton/New London Airport, Groton, CT 06340. Delivery date is 45 days after receipt os order. Award will be based on evaluation of proposals for conformity to the synopsis/solicitation, technical capability of equipment, price and past pe rformance. Technical and past performance are approximately equal to cost or price. The provision of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations applies to this RFP. A completed and signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with all offers. The follow ing FAR provisions and clauses also apply to this solicitation: 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.225-7001, 252.204-7004.
