- Description
- The existing NEC IPX PBX Release 8400 will be enhanced to satisfy the digital/analog voice requirements of the Department of Veterans Affairs Loma Linda Healthcare System. The existing NEC IPX shall be upgraded with the most current Release level at cutover. Attendant console PCs with monitors and keyboards shall be provided and support automated directory access. Call detail reporting shall be provided. The existing AD120 Voice Mail/Automated Attendant system shall be reused. The existing NEC/IPX Version 1.0-120 Automatic Call Distribution System shall be reused. The existing MUMPS Audiofax Version MSM 4.3.1 Interactive Voice Response System shall be reused. The PBX shall be contracted on the basis of one supplier providing all items in the statement of work as a total system including installation, warranty services, and any follow-on service for the term of the contract. Offerors must be bonafide companies that possess an FSS Contract, GWAC Contract or BPA. The GWAC and BPA must be worded that the Department of Veterans Affairs is authorized to order off those schedules. An Offerors schedule must cover information technology initiatives such as those identified in this proposal request. The proposal request package will only be available on the Web. The date for receipt of initial proposals is 2:00 PM EDST, June 25, 2002.
