- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format used in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DAHA25-02-T-0020 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. Th is combined synopsis/solicitation has been set-aside 100% for small businesses. The SIC Code is 5045. Panasonic PT-LC50U Projectors. Quantity of 7 each. Specifications may be found at www.panasonic.com. Delivery to Lincoln, Nebraska. DCSIM, Attention Bob Kerns, 1237 Military Road, Lincoln, NE 68508. Delivery no later than June 26, 2002. Any and all shipping costs must be included in the pricing of each projector and not as a separate cost. If vendor quote is received with a separate charge for shipping and taxed that quote will be considered as non-responsive. The following FARS are applicable to this combined synopsis/solicitation: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (lowest price on LP280); 52.212 -3, Offeror Representations & Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms & Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms & Conditions Needed to Implement Statutes on Executive Orders; and 52.247-34, FOB-Destination. All quotes must b e sent by e-mail to sandra.leach@ne.ngb.army.mil no later than 4:00 p.m. CDT on June 6, 2002. Mandatory information required with your e-mail quote is, Contractor Name and Address, Contractor telephone and fax number, Contractor Point of Contact, and Contractor Dun and Bradstreet Number. Failure to include any of the mandatory infor mation will make the vendor quote non-responsive. Only e-mailed quotes will be accepted. Vendor e-mail address is optional. All vendors/propective contractors must be registered in the CCR Database (www.ccr.gov) prior to award on Friday, June 7, 2002. If n ot active or registered by 7:30 a.m. CDT time on June 7, 2002, vendor quote will be considered non-responsive.
