- NA The proposed action is for WaterView Software consisting of WaterView Main Module and WaterView manual Plant Optimization Module with 6 additional units, HydroServer Network Toolkit, and 5 copies of WaterViewer Display Software. This software is a performa nce monitoring system for generating units and oxygen systems at hydropower plants, of which the Government intends to solicit only one source, Hydro Resource Solutions the only provider of this software. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, whi ch if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
