Description: The U.S. Army Military Traffic Management Command announces its intent to issue a draft Request for Proposal in response to the anticipated release of the upcoming Universal Service Contract-04 (USC-04) requirement. The proposed issue date of the draft RFP is on or about 13 June 2002.
