Description

NA 17. This requirement is for PRON: AX2F0204AX, NSN: 1560-01-251-2295, PN: 70219-42430-048, Solicitation Number: DAAH23-02-R-0427, Quantity: Minimum: 121 each and Maximum: 521 each, applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX, New Cumberland, PA, and Stockton, CA. Delivery with First Article Test is 25 each, 375 days after contract. Required delivery without FAT is 25 each 250 DACA. First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 238 DACA. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date in Block 10. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to ide ntify themselves. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This information cannot be relea sed outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small business, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. This Acquisition contains data which is considered Critical Technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. All responsible sources may submi t an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
