NA 17. This requirement is for PRON: AX2F0258AX, NSN: 3110-01-327-0607, PN: SB2562-101, Quantity: 226 each - Contract Minimum Quantity: 96 each and Maximum 288 each five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH- 60 Airframe. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., 6900 Main St., Stratford, CT 06497-9129, Cage Code: 78286 and Kaydon Corp., 2860 McCracken St., Muskegon, MI 49941-3495, Cage Code: 32828. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX 96 ea ch. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 96 each 360 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 228 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 96 each 240 DACA. This part must be acquired from a manufactur ing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. This Acquisition contains Data which is considered Critical Technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States Without Prior Approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www .redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
