Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center San Diego (SSC SD), Integration and Interoperability Division (Code 245), intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. N66001-02-R-5034 for an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract with a cost plus fixed fee pricing structure for systems engineering services for analysis, design, development of future enhancements, test, integration, installation, and training for the Common Data Link Management System (CDLMS) program, Command and Control Processor (C2P), Rehosted Command and Control Processor (RC2P), the Multi-TADIL Processor (MTP) programs, and related programs. These programs are involved in real-time tactical command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems. These programs are being developed for, and installed on various type United States (US) Navy ships, US land sites, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) platforms and land sites. Interested offerors should have a presence in the San Diego area. The Government intends to make a single award using full and open competition for this effort. The Government estimates a performance period of one base year plus four one-year options. The estimated level of effort for the entire requirement is 347,920 direct labor hours. The estimated release date for the solicitation is 31 July 2002. Electronic copies of the RFP may be obtained from the SPAWAR E-commerce website at http://e.commerce.spawar.navy.mil under SSC San Diego. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the Government. No hard copy versions of the request for proposals (RFP) will be available. See note 26.
