- Description
- Single award term contract for the Document Automation and Production Service, Redstone Arsenal, AL. Beginning Date of Award and ending June 30, 2003, with two possible options years (if applicable). Quality Level III is required. These specifications cover the production of of books with separate or self-covers requiring such operations as film-making, printing, binding, packing, mailing, and shipping. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: 300 orders per year. QUANTITY: 100 to 16,000 copies per order. NUMBER OF PAGES: Range from 4 to 1500. TRIM SIZE: A - up to and including 8-1/2 x 11"; B - over 8-1/2 x 11" up to and including 17 x 11". Most copies will deliver f.o.b. destination to St. Louis, MO; the balance will deliver f.o.b. contractor's city the address(es) as indicated. Complete production and delivery is required within 15 to 30 workdays. Request for bid package may be FAXed to (404) 605-9185 on bidder?s letterhead. Reference Program 3414-S on request. Additionally, bidder's may download the specifications from the GPO web site (www.access.gpo.gov/procurement/atlanta/synopsis.shtml) once they are issued. (NOTE: these specifications have not yet been issued, and there is no bid opening date at this time. Target date for issuance of the specifications is June 11, 2002.)
