Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) has a follow-on requirement for 24 hours per day, 7 days per week computer operations support. The support includes operating, monitoring, and managing of PBGC's computer hardware located in the Corporate Computer Center, LAN rooms located at the central facility and various WAN sites. The contractor must have experience of ArcServe and Veritas backup systems. The solicitation will be issued as a full and open competitive procurement. The solicitation document, including amendments, will be distributed through the FedBizOpps.gov web site. The site contains downloading instructions. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to assure that they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. Paper copies of the solicitation and associated amendments will not be available. All inquires regarding this solicitation MUST be addressed by the Contract Specialist listed above.
