Description

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission intends to award a sole source procurement to Center for Financial Research and Analysis, 6001 Montrose Road, Suite 902, Rockville, Md. 20852 for a web-based research services which provides in-depth information on companies experiencing operational problems and/or employing unusual or agressive reseach practices (electronic information).
