Description: Furnish all labor, materials and equipment to perform all work for the rehabilitation of the waterline system from the Loop C concrete reservoir to campground Loops C, D, E, F and from the *A* Reservoir to the Beach Bathhouse and beyond to the Host Site at the Chilhowee Recreation Area, Cherokee National Forest, Ocoee/Hiwassee Ranger District, in Polk County, Tennessee. All work shall be performed in accordance with the applicable terms, conditions, specifications and plans. Award will be made on an all-or-none basis to the lowest quoter, price and other factors considered. The Government reserves the right to make cost vs. technical trade-offs that are in the interest and to the advantage to the Government.
