Description

NA The US Army Research Laboratory, Weapons and Materials Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005, plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purchase of 4000 each Projectiles, Inert, 14.5mm AP BS41 and an option for FY 2003 to purchase up to 600 0 each additional Projectiles, Inert, 14.5mm AP BS41 according to the required specifications included in the RFP. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 with New Lenox Machine Company Inc.,Dw ight,IL, as they are the only company that has the required molds to produce this projectile within the specified delivery date. This is considered a non-commercial item. The solicitation will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at http://acquisition.army.mil. All responsible sources may submit an offer through ASFI or to Jean Craig by facsimile 410-278-6522, or e-mail to jcc@arl.army.mil.
