- Added file(s) at bottom of attachments. Posting: Amendment 3 This announcement is for SCREENING INFORMATION REQUEST (SIR)/REQUEST FOR OFFER (RFO) DTFA01-02-R-0202109. This Amendment (3) is to provide clarification to various sections of the SIR package. The attached file (Amend3.zip) contains the following changed pages to the SIR/RFO package: Addendum to Section C , Section H: pages H-1 and H-7, Section F: Page F-2; Section I: Page I-3; Section J1: Pages 10, 13, 16, 18, and 26; Section J3: Pages A-10, A-15, A-22, A-34, and A-39; Section J4: Pages B3-10, and B6-10; Section J5: Pages 2 and 3; Section L: Pages L-5, L-20, and L-21; Section M: Pages M-12 and M-17.These changes were accomplished using Microsoft Word 2000. In order to see the actual changes to the pages of this amendment, 3) please use the Tools menu and select “Track Changes”, 2) Select “Highlight Changes”, then 3) select “Track changes while editing” and 4) select “Highlight changes on screen” and “Highlight changes in printed document”. This will show the areas that wer! e changed. Offerors are advised that the time and date for the receipt of the written proposal remains unchanged (from Amendment No. 2). Receipt at Hq. FAA, Washington DC remains “Not Later Than July 2, 2002 at 12:00 Noon, Eastern Daylight Time”. The time and date set for the receipt of the hardware and technical data for the Operational Capabilities Test (OCT) at the William J. Hughes Technical Center, Atlantic City, NJ is unchanged at “Not Later Than July 2, 2002 at 12:00 Noon, Eastern Daylight Time”. Instructions for Industry Interested parties are encouraged to review all attachments. Only written comments will be considered. All submissions/responses will be properly secured and protected by the FAA. All proprietary information must be so marked. Please be advised that all submissions become government property. All submissions must be in writing and in English. Part of the source selection process will be an OCT conducted at the William J. Hughes Technical Center (W! JHTC) to evaluate each offeror’s candidate equipment. Consequently, Section L, Instructions to Offerors, limits the Technical Equipment Proposal to those requirements that will not be addressed by the OCT. In addition to the written proposal, offerors are requested to submit a self-evaluation of their equipment’s capability to meet all requirements of the Purchase Description. (See Section L.8.2.2). Offerors assume the full responsibility for ensuring that the “Submission for OCT” is received Not Later Than 12:00 Noon, Eastern Daylight Time on July 2, 2002. The “Submission for OCT” shall be mailed, hand-carried, delivered by courier, or overnight delivery to the Contracting Officer's Representative at the William J.
