- PR No: YPG02043000724; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Carriage Assembly for a C-5 aircraft and is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. This solicitation will be for an award of a base quantity of 140, a 100% option quantity of 140, and a Government First Article Test of 2 units. The required delivery of the FAT is 180 days ARO and shall be quoted FOB destination (Robins AFB, GA). The required delivery for the base quantity is 270 days after FAT approval and the 100% option is 270 days ARO. The FOB Point for the base quantity and the 100% option is Origin, Acceptance is Origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is June 26, 2002, anticipated award date is September 17, 2002. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
