Description

THIS RFI CANCELS THAT ISSUED JUNE 7, 2002 (REFERENCE NUMBER CITSRFI000001) IN ITS ENTIRETY, AND REPLACES IT WITH THE FOLLOWING: This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this RFI, or for any costs incurred related to the submission of pricing information. Request for Information: The Department of Commerce (DOC), Office of the Secretary, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration/Chief Financial Officer (ASA/CFO), Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM). OHRM has a requirement to replace its current human resources (HR) reporting system. The Department of Commerce is seeking information from vendors who are interested in proposing a replacement system for OHRM, that will be deployed Department-wide. The vendors that have the necessary experience are requested to submit a capability statement that outlines their proposed methodology. A Statement of Objectives (SOO) and a cover letter is attached to this RFI. Responses: Vendors shall submit a capability statement, not to exceed 5 pages electronically by no later than June 27, 2002 at 12:00 PM EST. The capability statement shall address the contractors ability to meet the requirements as identified above and in the attached SOO.
