Description
UNICOR intends to enter into a five (5) year firm fixed price requirements type contract for silk film. The solicitation number is FN1103-02 and this solicitation is issued as an Request For Proposal (RFP). The minimum delivery order is 1000 feet, the maximum delivery order is 30,000 feet and the combination of items is 30,000 feet. Item 0001 ? UPH0254, Silk Film, 54?, 60LB/Roll U/I: Feet, Est. Qty: 2,000,000 over a five year period. All items are to be delivered FOB Destination FCI Sheridan, OR. Delivery is 30 days for initial order and 21 days for all other delivery orders. This is a full and open competitive Request for Proposal for silk film. The variation in quantity is -/+5%. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Office Furniture Business Group, 320 First Street NW, 400 Building, 7th Floor, Washington, DC 20534, ATTN: Bid Custodian. All offerors must acknowledgment all amendments if applicable. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. Fax proposals are accepted at 202-305-7337 or 7350. Offers must send in original copy of offer within 2 days of offer closing date. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: past performance, technical/quality and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
