Description

SYNOPSIS: Contractor to furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to demolish and remove existing 6-foot tall chain link fencing system with foundations and two manual sliding entrance/exit gates. The installation of a new ornamental fencing system with two new motorized security sliding entrance/exit gates as described on plans and specification. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) Code is 235990. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $11.5 million. Estimated construction price range is $100,000 and $250,000. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. Performance period is forty-five (45) calendar days.
