- Sources Sought Notice. The Air Force Non-appropriated Funds Purchasing Office is seeking companies qualified to train Air Force Club personnel on various business objectives using Aloha Point of Sales (POS) software. Aloha is the standard Point of sale system used to track sales, customer traffic, and facilitate charges. Aloha POS systems are installed in 123 Air Force clubs worldwide. Each club manager is responsible for the overall operation of the POS system. The contractor shall develop a flexible comprehensive training program, and provide on-site training worldwide. The training program should include all levels of club management such as the club manager, assistant manager(s), head cashiers, cost center supervisors, and other designated management personnel. A copy of the Statement of Work can be down loaded from our web site www.afnafpo.com public site. All interested parties will submit: 1) Company Profile 2) Experience on Aloha POS software 3) DoD Non-appropriated Funds Accounting experience 4) References on Aloha POS training including telephone number and point of contact. The information received will be considered confidential and will not be disclosed without the express authorization of the supplier. This notice does not express or implies the intent to purchase any service or to enter into a contractual agreement; however, the Air Force Nonappropriated Fund Purchasing Office AFNAFPO may reserve the right to issue an Nonappropriated Fund Purchasing Agreement ?NPA? on the information received. Any information provided will be at no cost to the Government. This information is required no later than Jun 17 2002. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through sales of goods and services and the collections of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. ****
