Description

NA Rental Vehicles. This is a Request for Quote for the Kansas Army National Guard Battle Command Training Center (BCTC) at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas for rental vehicles for period 4 Aug 2002 to 17 Aug 2002. Requirement is for 25 each 7 passenger mini-vans; 2 1 each 15 passenger vans, and 2 each full size sedans. Vehicles will be delivered to No. 8 Sherman Ave, Ft Leavenworth, KS on 4 August 02 with a full tank of gas and picked up at the same address on the morning of 17 Aug 02. Unlimited mileage in Kansas/M issouri is requested. The collision damage coverage shall be waived. The government is self insured and will be responsible to any damange. 5. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions (Apr 1998); 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions R equired to Implement Statues or Executive Orders- Commercial Items (Jun 1998); 52.203-6 Restrictions on Subcontractor Sales to the Government, with Alternate I; 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity; 52.222-35 Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; 52.222-36 Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities; 52.222-37 Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans; 52.222-41 Service Contract Act of 1965 as Amended; 52.225-3 Buy American Act- Supplies. The following clauses at DFARS 252 .212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items (Nov 1995) is applicable to this acquisition.
