Description

NA The U.S. Army Technology Applications Office is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in th is notice. Simplified procedures as described in FAR 12.3 will be used for acquisition of these commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North Am erican Industry Classification Standard code (NAICS) is 334220, the small business size is 750. Solicitation number DAAB18-02-R-3726 is being issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The incorporated document and provisions and clauses are those in effect t hrough FAR Circular 97-27 and DFARS change notice 20001213.
