Description

NAWCADLKE intends to place a sole-source contract with Boeing, St. Louis, MO for conversion of two (2) peculiar Boeing Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR) databases used for F/A-18 C/D/E/F common Support Equipment (SE) to Systems Logistics Integration Capability (SLIC) LSAR database used for F/A-18 E/F SE. These databases are required in order to continue Logistics support of F/A-18 C/D/E/F common SE. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. See Numbered Note(s) 22.
