Description

1. The following statement is incorporated: GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. 2. Notice of the solicitation and amendments to the solicitation will be available for downloading on the GSA FedBizOpps website at www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation, amendments to the solicitation, specifications and drawings will only available through a secured Internet site. Interested parties shall send all requests to access the secured Internet site and requests for the solicitation to the attention of Kim Hammer at the email address shown in this presolicitation notice. Contractors are requested to provide a street address, telephone number, business license or other documentation granted by the state or local jurisdiction to conduct business, valid DUNS number, valid IRS Tax ID Number, and email address. Contractors will also be required to sign a Document Security Notice. Once the request for the solicitation has been accepted, two emails will be sent to the email address provided. The emails will provide instructions for entry into the secured Internet site and access to the solicitation. All other aspects of the previous synopsis remain in effect. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-APR-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 10-JUN-2002.
