PR No: ARG02028043501; This solicitation will contain one NSN for, Support Structural for a C135 and E3A Aircraft. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a Base Year and four Option Years. There is one approved source of supply: B E and P Enterprises LLC, dba Alaco Ladder Co., CAGE 89893; The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-01-005-3770; P/N 1566-7; AEQ = 111 for Base year and 44 for all Option Years. Delivery: FOB Origin, Acceptance is Origin, 100 ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 03 July 02 and anticipated award date is 29 Oct. 02. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
