- REGULATORY SUPPORT TECHNICAL/INSTRUCTIONAL SERVICES The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for an annual contract to provide technical data processing/instructional services and related support for the Federal Aviation Administration, Regulatory Support Division (AFS-600), to be performed primarily at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, 6500 S. MacArthur Boulevard, Oklahoma City, OK. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery - Requirements type, containing a base year and four (4) one year option periods. The Standard Industrial Classifications (SIC) for this action are 8299 and 7374. Competition is set-aside for small, disadvantaged businesses so certified under Section 8a of the Small Business Act by the Small Business Administration. A copy of this certification must accompany any proposal submitted in response hereto. Additional general requirements will be stated in the solicitation package. This acquisition contemplates a phased approach. The initial phase of the process will involve e! valuation of Technical Category 1, Qualification Of Personnel, only. This initial evaluation will enable the FAA to make a screening decision and down-select not-to-exceed five (5) firms determined most qualified thereunder and therefore most likely to receive contract award. Proposals of these will then be evaluated on the balance of their technical proposals and cost/price proposals. All proposals submitted should address all aspects of the solicitation upon initial submission. If all requested information is not furnished, the offeror?s response may be determined unacceptable.
