Description
Synopsis: This is a LIMITED SOURCE fixed-price spares buy for 147 EA Image Intensifier Tubes, NSN 5855-01-480-3194, P/N 273683 or P/N 242240-902 applicable to Night Vision Goggles (Multiple Configurations). Delivery is due DEC 02. The approximate solicitation post date is 26 Jun 02. Two annual options are included. Both annual options are 1-200 EA. The buyer and PCO is Sheri Beard, WR-ALC/LYKB, 380 Richard Ray Blvd, Suite 104, Robins AFB GA 31098-1638. Telephone 478.926.7424, FAX 478.926.7545, e-mail Sheri.Beard@robins.af.mil. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. The request for solicitation should contain Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Cage code Number, Size of Business pursuant to NAICS 334511, 750 employees. Limited Source to: ITT Night Vision Division, Cage Code 13567 and LITTON Optics Division, CAGE 51298. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. When appropriate, potential offerors may contact Ombudsman Kathy Cames at 478.926.2604. AFMC Command Note 91 also applies: Drawings which will be furnished under this RFP and any resultant contract are propriety to ITT Night Vision Division and LITTON Optics Division.
