Description
SOURCES ARE SOUGHT for a Multiple Award Demolition Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract at McChord Air Force Base, Washington in accordance with the following information. This sources sought is for informational purposes only and is not considered to be a commitment by the government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, parts, tools, vehicles, transportation, materials, supervision, and other items and services for demolition projects as identified throughout the life of the contract. Individual Task Orders are to be issued as requirements are identified. Requirements may consist of, but are not limited to, some or all of the following: 1) Demolition, 2) Hazardous Material Survey, and 3) Site Renovation. The performance period will be identified with each requirement. This contract will be awarded for a basic year and four (4) one (1) year option periods. The government intends to request proposals from each contractor awarded a contract for specified requirements/projects. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notification or otherwise pay for any information or inquiry. Respondents shall include whether they have experience with demolition to include work as identified above with similar size, scope, and complexity. Respondents capable of satisfying the requirements stated herein should respond in writing within 15 calendar days of this publication to SSgt Jennifer George, 62 CONS/LGCA, PO Box 4178, Bldg 100 Room 1049, McChord AFB, WA 98438 with a narrative identifying the scope of past and current services that have been contracted for within the past three (3) years and explain how the services are commensurate with the services described in this sources sought. Respondents shall also indicate whether they are a small business to include, but not limited to: Woman Owned, Native American Owned, Veteran Owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Small disadvantaged business, HUBZone, or an 8(a) certified small business concern. HUBZone respondents shall also include the following information with their reply: (1) SBA certification of HUBZone eligibility, (2) capability statement of your firm, and (3) a positive statement that your firm intends to propose on any resulting acquisition. Based on the responses received, a procurement procedure determination will be made to either set-a-side for HUBZone businesses or acquire using full and open competition procedures.
