Description

NA NSN: 1560-00-869-5987, PN: S6115-20520-1, Quantity: 400 each, applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter. F.O.B. Destination, with deliveries to, Texarakana, TX. This item is restricted to Sikorsky, 6900 Main St., Stratford, CT. 06497-9129, Cage-Cd.,78286, and A rtisan Electronics, 5 Eastmans Rd, Parsipany, NJ., 07054-3776, Cage-Cd.,95692. The delivery schedule is 60 each, 240 days after contract award. Due to urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately and do not intend to allow a 30 day period f or receipt of proposals; therefore, companies are encouraged to express their interest immediately. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current versions of DOD- STD-100. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by submitting a source approval request(SAR) package to AMCOM, AMSAM-AR-EI-FS/James Procyk, (256)313-4907, Building 5681, Redstone Arsenal, AL. 35898-5000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is currently unfunded. This Acquisition c ontains technical data which is considerd technology and has been restricted for release outside The United States. This information cannot be released outside the The United States without prior approval of the Government. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. No telephone request will be accepted.
