NA NSN: 3040-01-339-7446, Pron: AX246268AX solicitation No.: DAAH23-02-R-0518, Quantity:35 each minimum/35 each maximum 235 each 5 years Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the CH-47 Airframe/Power Train Unit. F.O.B. Desti nation with delivery to APO AP 96260-5000,New Cumberland PA 17070-5001, Stockton CA 95296-0130 and Texarkana TX 75507-5000. This part has been identified as a FLIGHT SAFETY PART and Engineering Test item. The restricted approved sources are : Cage (77272) Boeing Helicopter and (7D072) Tura Machine CO.. Required delivery with First Article Contractor?s Test Report (FACTR) is 20 each,405 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 15 each thereafter per month until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 258 DACA. Required delivery without FACTR is 20 each per month, 270 DACA and 15 each thereafter per month until contract completion. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity?s procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to i dentify themselves.
