Description

NA This is a requirement for a hand-held Milli-Ohmeter to be used by Aviation Maintence Personnel. This meter shall be a Commercial Item already developed and presently in the market. This meter shall be used to measure resistance of aviation radios/equipme nt in the field and must weight no more than 21 oz. The meter will be used to measure low resistence from 0.001 to 200 Ohms using a 4-terminal measurement network that will eliminate errors caused by test lead resistance. The meter shall operate on a com mon, commercially available, non-rechargeable and disposable battery. Connectors from the meter to the item being tested will also be included. Test current shall be 5mA max and test power shall be 5mW max. Milli-ometer must be calibrated prior to deliv ery. Estimated quantity 500.
