Description

NA (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for calibration items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal is being re quested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation DAAH01-02-T-0678 is issued as a Request for Quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circula r 2001-07 effective 15 May 2002 and Class Deviation 2002-o0003. (iv) This quotation is issued on a sole source basis to HBM, Inc., 19 Bartlett St., Marlboro, MA 01752. The NAICS code for this action is 334513. (v) DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS TO BE ACQUIRED: F orce Torque Readout, qty 21 which consists of: Basic Unit with AB32-S40 (unit switch and 16 param), qty 21; Communications processor with PCMCIA, QTY 21; DC Amplifier (16 parameters and peak detection), qty 21; High precision amplifier (10v excitation, 16 parameters, 3rd order linearisation), qty 21; l Connection plate with 15 pin sub-D connector, qty 42; Adapter cable ? modified ? 9 ft., qty 42; Adapter cable ? modified ? 1 ft.; MS to subD; one manual with each unit (vii) Delivery is 120 days after receipt of order; FOB Destination to Army National Guard addresses. Bar code marking is required. Commercial Warranty is required. The items to be delivered under the resulting contract shall be provided with a tag or temporary decal affixed to each instrument b efore shipping that identified the warranty expiration date and contract number. The following are applicable to this acquisition (viii) Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial, with no addenda; (ix) Provision at 52.212-2 is applicabl e; (x) Include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with no addenda; and (xii) Clause at 52.212-5, C ontract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items, no additional clauses.
