NA ***TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED*** ALL INFORMATION REQUEST SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO JEANIE CLARK, CONTRACTING OFFICER, 256-876-1890. EMAIL jeanie.clark@redstone.army.mil This procurement is for on-site depot level diagnostic, fault isolation, clean up and repair capability for PATRIOT Weapon System major items. This service is beyond the capabilities of the battery, battalion, and intermediate support units. This procure ment includes depot level clean-up, repair and maintenance on all PATRIOT major items; including services required to return, and maintain, PATRIOT major items deployed in Southwest Asia (SWA), Germany, Korea, and CONUS to maximum operational readiness. The basic contract will provide for 588 man-months with contract options for FY 04, FY 05 and FY 06 for 1944 man months, for a total of 2532 man months over a four-year period. RFP will be issued to Raytheon Systems Co, 180 Hartwell Rd, Bedford, MA 01730. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closin g date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sou rce. Suggest that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, makes contact with the above listed firm. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency.
