Description

NA CONTACT Kwok Li, Electronics Engineer, 732-532-9158. This is a presolicitation notice for a sole source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a basic year and four option years subject to the availability of funds. The IDIQ is for NS N 5985-01-480-1932,Antenna Upgrade Kit, P/N 8140944-00, U/W AS-3036, for a potential quantity of 220 each. Current source for this NSN is L3 Communications. Complete technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of this item is not available from the Ar my. Suppliers capable of furnishing this item must so indicate by sending e-mail to kwok.li@mail1.monmouth.army.mil. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of the purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the current source , or a statement from the current source demonstrating that the supplier can in fact supply the item that will be physically and functionally interchangeable at the repair part level with the items that the source supplies for this NSN. Successful supplier(s) may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. This is not an RFP.
