- Anticipated Issue Date of Draft RFP: 6/14/02. Item 0001: Services and materials necessary to design, develop, and support the Advanced Arresting Gear program through PDR and downselect. Lot. ; Item 0002: AAG System program documentation for CAD/SI through PDR and Downselect. Lot. ; Item 0003:(Option) Services and material necessary to design, develop, fabricate, install and support the AAG Program from downselect through completion of the CAD/SI Phase. Lot. ; Item 0003AA: AAG System design from downselect through the completion of the CAD/SI phase. Lot. ; Item 0003AB: AAG System Test Facility deign develop modification. Lot. ; Item 0003AC: AAG System Hardware and Software. Lot. ; Item 0003AD: AAG System Hardware and Software Installation. Lot. ; Item 0003AE: System Hardware and Software Test. Lot. ; Item 0004 Spares/Repair Parts for maintenance and operation of AAG System through testing. Lot.: Item 0005: Program Documentation for CAD/SI phase from PDR through completion of the CAD/SI phase. Lot.; Item 0006: Transition. <The Navy will host an Industry Day Briefing in the Lakehurst, New Jersey area in July to discuss the program goals and technical requirements, present government information and background and to answer questions. Draft copies of the program plan and operational requirements document will be available prior to the meeting upon request. The specific meeting location and agenda will be provided pending receipt of participant's request to attend. If you plan to attend the Industry brief, please submit a fax to the Contracting Officer at 732 323 2908 with the company name, address, names and positions of attendees and citizenship of attendees. Your request must be received not later than 01 July 2002 to obtain access. In order to facilitate the question and answer period, you are requested to submit preliminary questions to the Contracting Officer no later than 03 July 2002. Note that information to be provided is subject to export controls and this information may only be released to individuals or enterprises that have been certified by the Defense Logistics Services Center(DLSC). It is requested that all interested parties, who have not already done so submit a current completed and certified DDForm 2345(Military Critical Technical Data Agreement) to NAWCAD Lakehurst contracting office attn Mr. Arthur Amses 732 323 2908.
