- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61339-02-T-0059 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-6. The solicitation shall be awarded on a sole source basis to Quantum 3D, Inc. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 334112 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The following items are required: CLIN 0001, Quantum Alchemy 8464 Visual System with 512 MB, 36GB removable HDD, audio card, two PIll 933 MHz processors, 10/100 NIC Slot 6, 8464 Video Slot 2 & 4, 16MB Vanta AGP Slot, SCSl Option. Shipment Addresses: CLIN 0001 Ship to: Jardon and Howard Technologies, Inc., One Resource Square, 13501 Ingenuity Drive, Suite 300 Orlando, FL 32826-3009, Attn: Jack Smith (SPAN 2000). Delivery shall be made no later than 30 days after receipt of order and acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. Delivery shall be made FOB Destination.
