Description: The contractor will be required to provide via a government furnished facility, a shelter and counseling service to eligible victims. Provide crisis intervention, intake and/or referral on a 24-hour basis via a ?hotline? system. Minimum qualifications of personnel may include BA in Health and Human Services area and 2 years experience in domestic violence.
