Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command intends, via an 8A Set-Aside competition, to acquire follow-on IT operations support for managing the integration of Business applications and the introduction of new applications into the corporation. Systems supported include but are not limited to AMAS, Defense Travel System, SPS, FMIS, 02 Imaging and SLDCADA. Services required also include some Budget Analyst Support, Program Mgt Support (e.g.: implemetation support for NMCI and for web-based/enabled Enterprise Solutions, and requirements development, ad hoc studies, and IT Portfolio mgt). Operation of the command VTC resources (Picture Tel 46-port bridge, various VTC brands and models for dial-up access), including scheduling and optimizing resources, is also required. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541511. Therefore, a small business for the purposes of this procurement is defined as a business, including its affiliates, averaging no more than $21 million dollars in annual receipts. Annual receipts of a concern which has been in business for three or more complete fiscal years means the annual average gross revenue of the concern taken for the last three fiscal years. Annual receipts of a concern that has been in business for less than three complete fiscal years means its total receipts for the period it has been in business, divided by the number of weeks including fractions of a week that it has been in business, multiplied by 52.
