Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure service agreement for Deblister machine with SEPHA PRODUCTS. This procurement is a service, in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR 13.106-3 shall be used.
