- 3120-01-084-2543, YPG02127000762, Self-Aligning Plain Bearing. This is a source control item to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (78286) part number SB5077-101 Revision E dated April 6, 1999. There is one approved source: Sargent Controls (97613). See numbered notes 23 & 26. Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin with Quality Assurance Provision (B02). Critical Item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 1150. 750 to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA and 400 to be delivered to Stockton, CA within 125 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP. Solicitation issue date is July 3, 2002.
