Description
Project generally consists of, but is not limited to the following: MCI ATCT & BAS BUILDING: 1.replace the existing Electro-Static Dissipative (ESD) Positile carpet within various rooms w/new 24" sq ESD Positile carpet including connections between the carpet and the existing signal reference grid 2. Remove the existing ESD vinyl composition tile from area and install Equal Potential Plane and install ESD carpet tile including all connections 3.Remove the existing ESD carpet within area, install an EPP and install new ESD carpet tile and all connections 4.Replace the existing ESD within shop and equipment room w/new 24" sq ESD Positile carpet including all connections 5.Remove existing carpet within Cab, install EPP and install new ESD including all connections 6.Furnish and install new EPP in various areas. The EPP's shall consist of solid copper sheathing and be laid over entire floor area. 2"x26 AWG Copper flat straps will bond the EPP to the multipoint grounding s! ystem 7.Furnish and install new multipoint ground cables 8.Furnish and install GPS raceway system between GPS antenna location 9.Furnish and install copper GPS bulkhead plate and enclosure 10.Completion of all Facility Reference Data File (FRDR) tests and forms 11.Furnish and install new circuits and receptacles for STARS KPUs in cab consoles 12.Furnish and install new circuits and receptacles for STARS equipment to be located in various rooms 13.Furnish and install new circuits and receptacles for STARS equipment in various rooms from panelboard located in different room 14.Furnish and install circuit breakers in panelboard where correct breaker is needed 15.Provide and install new 2-way pneumatic control valves at cooling and heating coils for various sites 16.Provide controls and programming for new 2-way valves 17.Repair insulation where needed MKC ATCT & Base Building 1.Remove the existing floor finish from equipment room, install EPP and new ESD including connections 2! .Remove existing carpet within cab, install EPP and new ESD and all connections 3.Remove existing Perimeter Roof Conductor 4.Furnish and install new Lignting Protection conductor 5.Furnish and install 4 new conductors 6.Remove existing down conductors (2) total which are routed inside the ATCT 7.All cable to cable connections & splices shall be exothermically welded, connectors shall be pressure-type, no stamped, crimped or bolt connectors allowed 8.Bond all metal objects within 6 feet of new LPS w/secondary bonding conductor 9.Furnish and install new 2"x1/4" perimeter ground bus using copper ground bars & Cableco parallel power cable w/fusion lubs 10. Furnish and install new EPP in various rooms which consists of solid copper sheathing and be laid over entire area 11.Remove 100 pair cable, cut off in demarc box out of ATCT 12. Furnish and install multipoint ground plate in Telco Room 13.Furnish and install new multipoint ground cables 14.Furnish and install copper bulkhead ! plate w/enclosure & holes drilled for Polyphaser Coaxial Protector 15.Complete of all FRDR tests and forms 16.Furnish and install new circuits and receptacles for STARS remote tower rack 17.Provide repair & replacement of miscellaneous parts for HVAC and hydronic systems 18.Replace boiler combustion air damper and hot water reset controls 19.Provide repair and replace componenets in the HVAC pneumatic system 20.Rebalance of the entire HVAC air and hydronic systems Price range will be $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. NOTE: The date of expiration above does not indicate the proposal date. This date will be established at a later time.
