Description
This is a synopsis for commercial services in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued upon request. This is request for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG27-02-Q-3wq402. This solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 9715. This is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235990 and the size standard is 11.5 million. The U. S. Coast Guard intends to procure all services and materials necessary to remove the additional fencing at Cape Henlopen DGPS site located at Lewes, Delaware. Quotes are due on 26 June 2002, 1600 Eastern Daylight Time To: Commanding Officer, U. S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command, 4000 Coast Guard Blvd., Portsmouth, VA 23703-2199. Quotes and requests for additional information may be faxed to (757) 483-8623, Attn: Lucy Brockinton. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price, required delivery date, past performance, references, certifications, license, and insurance. Performance begins 10 July 2002.
